TOEIC writing part 1 – Writing a sentence based on a photo and given words

1. Sit/ bicycle

Học viên làm	Giáo viên nhận xét, sửa
The man is sitting near bicycle.	Thêm mạo từ a bicycle hoặc the (N đếm được không đứng một mình mà không có một từ hạn định phía trước) – The man is sitting near a bicycle.

2. Hot/ pan

Học viên làm	Giáo viên nhận xét, sửa
The pan looks very hot.	Đúng

3. Line/ ticket

Học viên làm	Giáo viên nhận xét, sửa
People are waiting in line to buy tickets	Tốt

4. While/ conversation

Học viên làm	Giáo viên nhận xét, sửa
People have a conversation while having dinner	Câu này viết đúng. Tuy nhiên dùng “have” lặp từ. Có thể thay đổi để câu phong phú hơn Đề xuất chỉnh sửa: People have a conversation while enjoying their dinner.

5. Before/ ladder

Học viên làm	Giáo viên nhận xét, sửa
The man climbs on the ladder.	Chưa đạt yêu cầu của đề. (sử dụng thiếu từ). Đề xuất chỉnh sửa:  The man leans the ladder against the wall before climbing on it.

TOEIC Writing Part 2 – Respond to written request (Writing emails)

Đề bài 1 –

Học viên làm – Giáo viên sửa lại, có ghi chú bên cạnh lỗi sai.

I am Sunny from Easton Office Supply Company. I am writing in reponse to  the  problem with your  order. Because your order was[A1] too large, so[A2]  we have to[A3]  devide[A4]  it into[A5]   2 separate shipments.Unfortunately, the shipping company forgot to send[A6]  the two[A7]  shipment, so you did not receive all the items.  [A2]Chỉ cần một liên từ “ because” hoặc “so”. Không dùng đồng thời cả hai liên từ. Một liên từ, nối hai mệnh đề.

 [A3]Nên dùng quá khứ đơn, đổi thành ‘had to’ hoặc “decided to”

 [A4]Lỗi spelling ‘divide’

 [A5]Thêm giới từ.  divide ST into

 [A6]Thêm Verb cho rõ nghĩa

 [A7]Dùng “your second shipment” (lô hàng thứ 2 của bạn)

 [A9]Thay dấu phẩy thành dấu chấm để tách ra thành hai câu. Vì để dấu phẩy thì là câu có hai mệnh đề mà không có liên từ nối hai mệnh đề này.

TOEIC Writting Part 3

You will write  an essay in response to a question about your opinion. Typically an effective essay will have at least 3000 words

Topic: Some people want to have a high salary job. Others  believe that it is better to have a job that you love. What is your opinion?

People belive that doing a job that you like will  better than[A1]  doing a job that you can [A2] make a lot of money. I agree with  this statement because of three reasons.

Fist[A3] , when you do a job that you love, you will work hard. You can work from 10 hours to 12 hours per day instead of woking just 8 hours a day. If you work overtime, you can easy more successfuly[A4]  and  make a lot of money. You[A5]  can buy things that you like and you will enjoy your  life better.

Second, if you do a job that you like, you will feel happy and comfortable. Because you spend 40 percent[A6]  a day for your job, so[A7]  you do not like it, you will be stressed. It is not for your health [A8] . In fact, money can not buy your health  when you are[A9]  ill.

Third, when doing a job that you enjoy, it gives you the motivation to   research more new knowledge and skills by yourself. As a result, you can come up with new ideas and have many chances to be promoted in the future. In conclusion, if you have a chance, you should find  and do a job that you love. You will see that your  life  will  be [A10] happy and great. Also, it helps you  become[A11]  more successful.

Nhận xét chung bài viết

• Có ý tưởng, triển khai tốt, đúng bố cục nhưng bài viết còn ngắn. Dùng nhiều Adj bổ nghĩa cho Noun, Adv bổ nghĩa cho Verb để làm câu dài ra. (Vô web ozdic.com tìm các collocations về làm việc). Hoặc thêm ví dụ để làm bài dài thêm cho đủ từ theo yêu cầu.
• Từ vựng dùng khá đơn giản, tập  dùng nhiều từ đồng nghĩa cho bài đa dạng

• Để ý động từ ‘tobe’, câu nào không có  hành động thì phải nhớ dùng linking verb.
• My và your dùng bị nhầm ở một số chỗ.
